1. Restaurant Details
Punjabi Aage Oye operates from 2006/1 Railway Road, Narela Mandi, Narela, Delhi 110040. Customers may contact the restaurant at 9000000000 or 9000000001 for order support, delivery questions, payment issues, or feedback.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, browsing the menu, placing an order, submitting a review, using WhatsApp ordering, or making an online payment, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
3. Menu, Pricing, and Availability
Menu items, half plate prices, full plate prices, offers, discounts, preparation times, images, and availability may change based on stock, kitchen operations, festivals, peak demand, or branch conditions. The final payable amount shown at checkout, including applicable GST or charges, will apply to the order.
4. Orders and Confirmation
An order is considered accepted only after Punjabi Aage Oye confirms it through the website, phone, WhatsApp, payment confirmation, or restaurant support channel. We may reject or cancel orders due to item unavailability, incorrect customer information, suspected misuse, delivery constraints, payment failure, or operational limitations.
5. Payments
Customers may pay through available options such as WhatsApp coordination, cash where enabled, or Razorpay online payment where enabled. Razorpay payments are subject to payment gateway checks, bank authorisation, and verification. An order will not be treated as paid unless the payment status is confirmed and verified by the restaurant system or payment provider.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, address, delivery instructions, and payment information. Customers should be available to receive calls or messages for order confirmation and delivery. Punjabi Aage Oye is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect details or customer unavailability.
7. Reviews and User Content
Customers may submit honest reviews and photos. We may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, or remove content that is abusive, misleading, irrelevant, promotional, unlawful, defamatory, or contains private information. Approved content may be displayed publicly on the website or restaurant marketing channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
Punjabi Aage Oye will make reasonable efforts to provide fresh food, accurate menu information, secure payment handling, and timely delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, loss-of-profit, or third-party losses.
9. Allergies and Food Suitability
Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical food requirements should contact the restaurant before ordering. While we try to follow reasonable instructions, food may be prepared in a kitchen where common allergens and veg/non-veg ingredients are handled.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from website use, orders, payments, delivery, refunds, or restaurant services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and competent forums in Delhi, India.
