Customer information is used to confirm orders, prepare food, arrange delivery or pickup, send order updates, process support requests, manage refunds or cancellations, prevent misuse, show approved reviews, improve menu and offer planning, and comply with applicable business, tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another enabled payment provider. Punjabi Aage Oye does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or sensitive payment authentication information on the website.

Payment providers may collect and process payment details under their own terms, security standards, and privacy practices. We store order amount, payment status, payment reference, refund reference where applicable, and basic transaction information needed for order support and accounting.

We may share limited information with payment processors, delivery partners, technology service providers, cloud hosting, image storage, analytics, legal advisors, accountants, or public authorities when required for order fulfilment, website operation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance. We do not sell customer personal information.

Reviews submitted by customers may be reviewed by the restaurant team before publication. Approved reviews may display customer name, rating, review text, and customer photo if provided. Customers should avoid submitting sensitive personal information in public review text.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers should keep their own devices and payment credentials protected.

Order, payment, refund, tax, and support records may be retained for as long as necessary for business operations, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Review and marketing-related content may be removed or updated when reasonably requested, subject to operational and legal requirements.

Customers may contact us to request correction, review, or removal of their personal information where legally and operationally possible. Some order, invoice, payment, and compliance records may need to be retained even after a request.
