2. Service Area
Delivery is generally intended for reachable areas around 2006/1 Railway Road, Narela Mandi, Narela, Delhi 110040. Orders outside the active service area may be rejected, cancelled, or accepted only after confirmation from the restaurant team. Customers may call 9000000000 or 9000000001 to confirm delivery availability before placing an order.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated preparation and delivery times shown on the website or communicated by the restaurant are approximate. Actual delivery may vary because of order size, menu item preparation time, peak-hour demand, traffic, weather, customer location, building access, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Delivery Charges and Minimum Order
Delivery charges, packing charges, platform charges, taxes, and minimum order values may vary based on order value, distance, delivery channel, offers, and restaurant settings. Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation or shown at checkout where enabled.
5. Customer Availability
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, answer calls or messages from the restaurant or delivery partner, and be available to receive the order. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, the order may be marked attempted, delayed, cancelled, or non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
6. Food Handover and Inspection
Customers should check the order at the time of delivery for visible damage, missing packages, wrong items, or spillage and report concerns immediately. Because cooked food is perishable, complaints raised long after delivery may be difficult to verify.
7. Third-Party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through Swiggy, Zomato, Razorpay-linked partners, or other third-party platforms may also be subject to the policies, fees, delivery rules, support processes, and refund timelines of those platforms. 8. Delayed or Failed Delivery
Punjabi Aage Oye will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur. If delivery fails due to restaurant-side reasons, we may offer replacement, refund, or other support after verification. If delivery fails due to incorrect customer information or customer unavailability, refund eligibility may be limited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for delivery-related claims is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, subject to verification. We are not liable for indirect losses, inconvenience, loss of opportunity, third-party platform issues, network failures, traffic events, weather disruptions, or delays outside reasonable restaurant control.
10. Jurisdiction
Delivery, shipping, and fulfilment disputes are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and competent forums in Delhi, India.
